Admin User Flow

The user flow for this SaaS flower shop platform was designed to simplify the experience for both flower shop owners and customers by creating an intuitive and efficient digital ecosystem. During the UX research and discovery phase, the primary objective was to identify friction points in traditional flower shop operations — such as manual order management, scattered communication channels, and complex checkout experiences — and transform them into streamlined digital interactions.Swipe To Explore Flow >>

Client user flow

The client user flow for the SaaS flower shop platform was designed to create a simple and seamless online ordering experience. Users begin by browsing flower categories and product pages through the storefront, adding products to their cart, and proceeding to checkout. During checkout, customers can quickly add their contact information using Google authentication and choose between delivery or in-store pickup. Delivery orders require address details before payment, while pickup orders proceed directly to payment through Stripe integration, followed by order confirmation. The flow was optimized to reduce friction and improve usability across both desktop and mobile devices.
User Flow

Lo-Fi Wireframes

During the early design phase of the SaaS flower shop platform, low-fidelity wireframes were created to establish the foundational structure, navigation hierarchy, and overall user experience of the product across both desktop and mobile devices. This stage focused on rapidly exploring layout solutions and validating user flows before moving into high-fidelity visual design. During the development of the design of this screens the wireframes went through some adjusting according to the user testing phase where we found improvement sections.

Design System

Designed and maintained a comprehensive design system for the SaaS floral e-commerce platform to ensure consistency and scalability across all user interfaces. Established standardized typography styles, color palettes, spacing and sizing systems, button states, and iconography guidelines to create a cohesive visual language and improve usability. Developed reusable UI components and design patterns that streamlined the design-to-development workflow, supported responsive design practices, and maintained brand consistency across landing pages, customer-facing websites, dashboards, and checkout experiences.
User flow
The platform uses 2 complementary icon styles to establish visual hierarchy, improve usability, and support different interaction contexts throughout the experience.
Minimal Line Icons Without BackgroundUsed for:
  • Navigation elements
  • Sidebar menu items
  • Hamburger menu
  • Search
  • User account actions
  • General interface control
This icon style maintains the interface visually lightweight and reduces unnecessary visual noise in high-frequency interaction areas.
Rounded Background IconsUsed for:
  • Input field indicators
  • Form-related interactions
  • Information entry sections
  • Social media integrations
These icons include a rounded background using the platform primary brown color to create stronger visual emphasis and improve contextual recognition.

Prototyping

Dashboard UI Screens

Dashboard UI Screen 1
The dashboard prototypes showcased in this project were selected to highlight the platform’s core functionality without overwhelming the portfolio with excessive screens. The focus was placed on a small group of key interfaces that best represent the overall user experience and visual direction of the SaaS platform.
The selected screens include the dashboard home, store editing interface, orders management table, and order details view.Together, these prototypes demonstrate how flower shop owners can efficiently manage their business operations through a centralized and user-friendly system.
Dashboard UI Screens Group
The dashboard home screen was created to provide a structured overview of essential business data including address info, email address, phone number and their social media links so clients have access to them easily.
Dashboard UI Screens Group
The edit store interface focuses on customization and content management, allowing users to update their storefront while maintaining a simple and intuitive workflow.
Dashboard UI Screens Group
The orders screen was designed around organization and readability, using a clean table layout to help users monitor purchases and order statuses efficiently.

Lastly, the order details view expands on the management experience by presenting customer information, purchased products, payment details, and order summaries in a clear and digestible format.

Platform Landing Page

Dashboard UI Screens Group
The landing page was designed to introduce the SaaS platform through a clean and visually engaging experience that communicates its value to flower shop owners quickly and effectively. The layout focuses on presenting the platform’s main features, benefits, and business solutions in a structured and accessible way, guiding users through the product with clear content hierarchy and intuitive navigation.

Flower Shop Website

Dashboard UI Screens Group
The product overview screen focuses on the shopping flow by presenting detailed product information, pricing, imagery, and purchase options in a clean and organized interface. This screens demonstrate how the platform supports flower shops in creating an approachable digital storefront that enhances product visibility, improves customer engagement, and provides an additional source of sales through e-commerce functionality.
Dashboard UI Screens Group
The flower shop website was designed as a customizable e-commerce solution that allows local flower businesses to expand their presence into digital sales channels while showcasing their products in a visually appealing and accessible way. The experience focuses on helping shops present their brand identity, featured arrangements, and product catalog through a modern and user-friendly storefront.
The showcased screens include the website homepage and the product overview page, selected to represent the core customer shopping experience. The homepage was designed to highlight featured flower arrangements, promotional content, shop information, and key call-to-action sections that encourage product discovery and online purchases. The layout emphasizes visual hierarchy and branding flexibility, allowing each flower shop to personalize its storefront while maintaining a cohesive user experience.

Results

This project allowed me to explore the complete design process of a SaaS platform focused on solving real operational challenges for flower shop businesses through a centralized digital experience. From the initial concept to the final high-fidelity prototypes, the project emphasized usability, scalability, and visual consistency across both the administrative dashboard and the customer-facing e-commerce website. Throughout the design process, I focused on creating intuitive user flows, responsive layouts, and reusable interface components that could simplify day-to-day management tasks while also improving the online shopping experience for customers. The platform was designed to balance functionality with accessibility, ensuring that business owners with different levels of technical knowledge could navigate the system efficiently.
During the development of the project, I also incorporated AI-assisted workflows to support and accelerate the design process. AI tools were used to refine early design concepts, improve visual exploration, and streamline the transition from low-fidelity ideas to final high-fidelity prototypes. This approach helped optimize production time and accelerate delivery without compromising the overall quality, usability, or consistency of the final product.
This project also strengthened my approach to UX/UI problem-solving, information hierarchy, responsive design, design systems, and modern AI-assisted design workflows. By combining business management tools with an e-commerce experience tailored specifically for flower shops, the final result showcases a user-centered solution that supports both operational efficiency and digital business growth.
